Hi my name is Anna. I am 31 years old, married and mother of two children 3 years and 7 months old. After having two children over the last three years I now have areas of my body that have changed drastically with pregnancy. I have always been broad shouldered and in my adult life have ranged in clothing sizes from 16-20. I have never enjoyed shopping for clothing because my arms, shoulders and chest were larger than a size extra large but when moving up to the plus sizes those areas fit but everywhere else was too big. Gaining “baby weight” on top of my already plus size body just made clothes sizing even more frustrating. So rather than sulking and living in oversized t-shirts and sweatpants I have decided to lose the excess weight and with the help of Dr Leslie Masters I am “Taking My Body Back!”

With pregnancy number one I gained 65 pounds. I had a c-section and only lost about 30 pounds of that weight leaving me at 220 pounds. With pregnancy number two I gained 40 pounds and lost 25 pounds leaving me at 235 pounds.At the heaviest I had ever been I knew it was time to make a change. I have lost almost 40 pounds and now weigh right at 200 pounds. After losing the excess“baby weight” I can really see the areas of my body that need special attention.
